I worked with Duke who is mortgage broker for my client of mine and it has been no communication at all from them. I would avoid them for all my business.
Not sure why there are so many positive reviews, maybe I was the one in a million where I had the worst experience. Duke Leblanc was miserable to work with. Everything was so last minute, anything he needed, he would tell me day of which was very difficult for me as I have a corporate job and in office. Then after I would get him what he needed to proceed with the loan, there was always something missing on his end. He sent me for a loop, he’s extremely unorganized.
