I hired Hancock Injury Attorney for a Personal Injury case. This firm held my file for over 5 months and provided very little service. I eventually elected to terminate their representation due to poor communication and a lack of follow-up. They completely missed multiple scheduled appointments, and when they did finally reach out, they cut the meetings short.
