I received a bully letter in the USPS Post mail post marked June 11, 2026 from Whitney Kummerow (don’t know how she became a lawyer when she acts dishonestly and bullies plus she is a partner in this firm, what a shame) after I sent a settlement letter to IncubatorWorks. On the letter she lied and said she had mailed the letter via Email and US Mail. Upon checking my inbox and all tabs and searching for her name and Hancock Estabrook, no email. See her in court. I do not recommend this law firm. I called to inquire about using their services and spoke to the Legal Assistant, Christina. When I asked her name because she did not state it when I was blindly transferred to her, her response was "I'm the legal assistant. I've been here over 20 years." in a very defensive tone. It took much prodding to convince her to share her name as if this was an unusual request. She proceeded to cut me off and talk over me when I was asked about the reason for my call. After a lot of care-giving & losing both of my parents just a few months apart, in their late 90's, I was told to go to Michael Corp at Hancock Estabrook for the best lawyer.
