Taxes suck! High taxes suck even more! But, the staff here is awesome, they are very nice and friendly!! Good job ladies!!
Lacks competence to advise customers of the necessary paperwork and/or process requiring multiple trips to accomplish a relatively simple task. Staff is polite but obviously on auto pilot - will not even read the paperwork presented to them and reverts to a Q&A session resulting in several attempts to just receive a tag.
Thank you for your understanding and kindness. I was stuck in a dmv loop and yall help me get what I needed to get out. Much appreciated!
