What is the point of y’all having a phone if you can’t answer or don’t know how to answer them
Went to pay our yearly vehicle tag bill. By paying in person you can save the mailing fee. Lines are usually short but depends upon time of day and also day of month. Conveniently located.
The staff are friendly but forget about trying to get them to answer the phone!!! Tried for 4 days and Never Answered. Poor customer service from them on this issue.
