They take their time and listen to what you are asking for and always pleasant.
I have yet to get a call back after two weeks. The young lady said that the head assessor would call back in 24 hrs. She was nice on the phone, but if those aren't the rules they need to be updated or everyone needs to know how to answer questions . still waiting!!!!!!
We moved to Lake Sinclair in Hancock County two years ago from Bibb County. We have had serveral dealings with this office (tags, taxes etc...). They are the nicest people to deal with. They are professional and so accomodating to help you in anyway possible. This office is to be commended pm the excellent service they provide to the people of Hancock County.
