Don't bother calling. They put you on hold so that the phone doesn't ring anymore. I am currently at 33 minutes of being on hold. I attempted to use another phone to call in and it gives the "this number blah blah blah" message. I am unsure if this is common practice here, or a specific worker but this is unacceptable and unprofessional. *edit* I hung up at 1 hour and 2 minutes. To attempt to call back.
