The people who work here are nice and it's not too bad if you go when they're not busy (avoid early morning or around lunch). It's almost impossible to get through by phone though. During covid and even afterwards has been even worse. On a separate note the amount of taxes this county requires is high, especially if you live or own a business in Diamondhead.
