TLDR: lost wedding photos (not misplaced, GONE), poor communication, disorganized, does not follow timelines, lack of effort, seemed like she didn’t want to be there, did not give photo direction/organize/suggest photos, lack of photo diversity, did not deliver-lots of excuses, disappointing. Janae did a beautiful job on my bridal party's hair and make up. She really helped me figure out what I wanted. Great personality and amazing at her work. Thank you for making the start of my wedding day amazing!

Jenae and her team were amazing, they made my wedding day morning! I had great communication throughout (even after she had just had her son), she was kind and so easy to work with. I had a large wedding party to get hair and makeup and they made it work so easily, I was so relaxed the morning of knowing we were in their hands! My hair and makeup were perfect, and all of the party looked great. Even with my very oily skin my makeup lasted. I would recommend Hanalei to any bride.
