I am pleased with the furniture's quality and the comfort of the two beds I bought. The prices were also fair. Although the delivery was delayed and one mattress was incorrect, the team was apologetic and proactive in resolving the issue, providing a replacement in a timely manner.
Missing an all cash sale because their customer service is horrible.. no greeting , no one saying they’ll be with us shortly . Every worker just standing around looking or on their phones .Guess you have to be one of them to be treated with respect
