Frances and her firm were an absolute lifesaver for me. The entire Labor And Industry process had left me so despondent that I had literally given up hope. This is another example of Frances staff making inappropriate comments about her accountant mistakes. After various emails and phone calls I have made to clear the situation out, there was no accountability by Frances herself on behalf of her own staff. I am baffled by such response. This is a business that is supposed to assist in the vulnerability of individuals already going through a horrible experience. Once again, I would not recommend.
My experience with Frances and her team has been the absolute worst. There is no clear communication with the staff and no proper direction regarding my case. My phone calls and various emails have been dismissed by Frances herself. I would not recommend.
There are times in life when circumstances require obtaining the help of an expert. And such was the case when OTJ injuries resulted in my son being permanently totally disabled, but the time loss benefits were stopped.
