Doug and Frances are the kind of attorney's who makes a complicated system feel manageable. They has deep knowledge of workers' comp law and a straightforward, no-nonsense communication style that clients really appreciate. They do it right for the people they represents, and it shows.

Frances and her firm were an absolute lifesaver for me. The entire Labor And Industry process had left me so despondent that I had literally given up hope. This is another example of Frances staff making inappropriate comments about her accountant mistakes. After various emails and phone calls I have made to clear the situation out, there was no accountability by Frances herself on behalf of her own staff. I am baffled by such response. This is a business that is supposed to assist in the vulnerability of individuals already going through a horrible experience. Once again, I would not recommend.
