Beware that any items purchased only carry a 14 day warranty Her treatment of Customers is much t be desired if you ask for help She’s sarcastic and rude in her replies Example: when I asked for help in repairing my item she said “ get some super glue “ no refund
Unfortunately a very bad experience from the Osbourne Park store. Tried to delivery damaged floor stock to us although paid for new boxed furniture. When I refused delivery driver became aggressive and refused to stop bringing in parts of the delivery. Only when I threaten to call the police did he leave premises. On contacting the store didn’t get anywhere which ended in an argument as they refused to refund or in the words of Tanya “ you’re not getting your money back”! Please think twice about this store. Tanya was so amazing, so friendly and so willing to help. When the rugs I wanted weren't available, she asked me for photos of the area/s I wanted to cover and then went about working out which rugs would suit the areas I wanted covered, sent me photos with explanations and talked to me about coverage and piles. I so appreciated everything she did for me. Would definitely recommend Hamptons Style Interiors
