Deceitful service!! They don't deserve a 1 star rating, had no choice but to click on 1 star. Will never use them again! I placed an online order on 28th January 2025 for my sister's birthday which was on 2 February 2025 (she lives in Brisbane hence easy to deliver the gift). The order was never received!! I chased Hampton Style up and they said it would be arriving soon. Many, many calls later to them as my order had not been received. Our shade arrived quickly and it lifts the room. I feel it completes it. The shade is very well made and comes with an adjustable fitting for the base.
