I placed an online order on Monday, and I had my tracking by that afternoon. I will be back to shop again for sure!
I’ve edited this review because the item did arrive 6 days after Christmas but it did arrive. My mum is really happy with it.
My husband and I purchased a couple of lamps and couldn’t be happier. The quality and craftsmanship are outstanding. Their customer service and follow-up were exceptional, which truly sets them apart. I highly recommend this business.
Have been waiting nearly 2 weeks to receive my item which is a Christmas present! No notifications, no correspondence! Called up and was told it will be here for Christmas even though it hasn’t even been shipped! I highly doubt it will arrive. Very disappointing experience.
