Living at The Hamptons in Bloomington has been nothing short of incredible, and much of that is thanks to Ann Shedd, the best landlord in Bloomington. Ann goes above and beyond to create a welcoming and supportive community for her tenants. The townhomes are a great mix of modern features and a cozy feel. You won’t find a better combination of excellent management and a great living space!
This place feels like home away from home! The property manager is very understanding and responsive. The maintenance staff is respectful and usually answers requests within hours! They also helped my boyfriend work on his car and provided tools to use. The staff and environment at the Hamptons is top tier, highly recommend.
The Hamptons was my favorite place I lived during my time at IU. It is an amazing space and parking is super convenient. Ann was an amazing property manager and is so personable with all of her tenants. She always put together parties/events for us so we could get to know each other. She really makes the place a community! Can’t say enough nice things about Ann and the Hampton Townhomes.
I mean what is there not to like about the hamptons?? So close to the stadium and assembly hall, and a bus stop is just a couple blocks away. The units are super spacious and updated and Ann is the best person you could have running the place. She’s so nice and cares for all the residents
