The townhomes are really nice and spacious, with good bathrooms and great common areas. In a nice location near the stadiums, easy to get to/near campus via walking or campus buses. The landlord/management are very nice and helpful, and they plan lots of fun events. Overall, a great place to live, I’d highly recommend!
The property manager and maintenance staff are so kind, accommodating, and quick to serve residents' needs. They made my mid-year move seamless.
I’ve lived at The Hamptons Luxury Townhomes for two years, and Ann has been a great landlord throughout. She’s responsive whenever maintenance issues come up and genuinely cares about making sure residents are taken care of. The property itself is well-managed and kept in great condition. I’d recommend The Hamptons to anyone looking for a well-run community with management that answers when you need them.
Living at The Hamptons Luxury Townhomes has been an amazing experience. The townhomes are spacious, modern, and truly feel more like a home than an apartment. The community is quiet, well maintained, and in a great location close to everything. The staff is always helpful and responsive, which makes living here even better. Easily one of the best places to live in Bloomington.
