Living at The Hamptons at IU has genuinely been the best experience I could have asked for. It feels so much homier than a regular apartment and the community is easy to settle into, but what really sets it apart is Ann the property manager. Living at The Hamptons has been the absolute best decision. Seriously, this place doesn't feel like a typical apartment at all, it's like having your own house. The townhomes are huge, with plenty of space for everyone and all their stuff. It's so nice not to feel cramped like in the dorms or other apartments. I absolutely love living at The Hamptons. I’ve lived here for two years now and I have never loved living in a place more. I previously lived at the Verve and switching to The Hamptons was the best decision I ever made. We absolutely love The Hamptons at Indiana University! The community is safe, clean, and a perfect home away from home for our daughter. Ann, the property manager, is truly exceptional — she treats every resident like her own child and goes above and beyond to make sure they’re cared for. She also plans the best events that make the students feel connected and supported. Couldn’t ask for a better place or a better person managing it!
