This company doesnt even deserve 1 star. Not only was the driver rude but she could not communicate, she was unprofessional, and lacked the proper skills to help my wheelchair bound father into the transport. When asked if she was told what kind of assistance my father would need prior to her arrival, she refused to answer. When she did speak, she couldn't speak in coherent sentences. Do not use this companies service, worst set of people, i don't know how the owner sleeps at night.
If i could give zero stars I wud, the owner johnny is completely unprofessional and rude, he would not answer his phone.
