I paid for a 30 minute massage but only received 20 minutes. The staff member was not very friendly and made me feel uncomfortable, as if she were doing me a favour.

I had an absolutely amazing experience! ❤️ What really stood out to me is that they give you the FULL time you pay for - I arrived at 4:35, my massage began at 4:45 and finishing exactly at 5:45 (full 60mins) ☺️🙏🏼 Booking through the Fresha app was incredibly easy, and I could clearly see all prices upfront. My masseuse, Nee, was so friendly, attentive, and really knew how to focus on my problem areas. The music was perfectly set to enhance the relaxing ambiance. Highly recommend!
