I had Parker Montgomery take care of an estate and he went above and beyond, even years later with tax questions can’t not express how thankful and appreciative I am of him.
Worse experience with attorneys. I don't think Russ or Joe had a clue what they were doing. Messed the case up bad, I had to hire another attorney to win the case. Which cost me more money. Would never recommend them to do anything for anyone.
If you are the respondent in a divorce case, I would suggest you not choose Russ Prophet as counsel. While I could cite many examples of his incompetency, here is just one. Income taxes showed that my ex had a substantially greater income than myself through our jointly owned business because I only claimed my social security.
