The new AMSConnect app at Southern Cross Medical Centre is a great addition to the already wonderful customer service. It’s very easy to use and provides a quick view of appointment availability, as well as the ability to check in for appointments without having to line up on arrival. This also allows staff to focus more on assisting patients. As a patient of over 20 years, I’m really impressed with this technology upgrade. It’s a fantastic improvement and makes the whole experience even more convenient
I have been attending this medical centre all the life. Even with moving houses and area I still travel back. The reception team are lovely and Dr Sandhu is amazing. I see him for a range of things and he is super helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend and will be staying a client (as well as my family)
Absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated by this clinic today. I have attended this clinic for around 34 years, basically my entire life, and my whole family has also been coming here for decades. I have a very complex medical condition and have been in and out of hospital, struggling every single day with severe pain and other symptoms. Even if you are a patient of Dr Sandu, and its urgent, dont rely on a call back from him. Was told he was leaving in 10 minutes and would not return my call. I would understand if he had somewhere to be but its the same with all his appointments, in and out within 10 minutes and why he is never running late. Many family members have been patients there for over 25 years. Very disappointing Dr Sandu. Maybe learn to be more compassionate.
