It's hard to find people who care about what they do these days. The folks at hampton navigation still do. The attention and care are more than admirable. Most important, they stand behind what they do. Don't go anywhere else. They are the best.
We met Bill and Diana at NY boat show. Ask questions about trolling motor purchase and installation. Everything what was promised to us was delivered at the highest level and quality we could only hope for. It took a little longer to accomplish the job but it was more because of our request to add radar, shore power and couple of other things. Bill is very good and honest in what he is doing. We trusted him and very happy we met Bill and Diana at the boat show. Highly recommended.
bought a unit at the boat show and capt Bill said he would come on my boat and show me how to use the system...purchased my new fishfinder came out awesome...called diane to set up appt with Bill and he out right refused after the install..not a man of his word....poor business practices everyone else was great..
I have been boating for decades and my recent interaction with Hampton Bays Navigation is at the top of my list. I was experiencing trouble with my KVH internet access that KVH was having trouble diagnosing. Bill was recommended to me as a local resource and he quickly jumped on the problem and sent a tech to look at it. Not satisfied with the progress, he came out to the boat himself for a look, removed the dish and put it through some testing.
