They abused my grandmother which we caught in camera. They kept her in her bed for days on end with very limited food. When we notified the management they denied everything, made excuses and decided to turn our camera away to eliminate us from seeing what was happening. My grandmother went to the hospital and we pointed out the bruises and deep gouges on her leg. If you don't care about your loved ones let them live here. Housekeeping doesn't do a very good job, uses the same mop head between every unit and spreads germs and filth between every unit, doesn't ever vacuum hallway floors, the kitchen is brand new, but has broken down dishwasher, that will never work because the quality of the water in the place is so horrible that it ruined a brand new dishwasher within 2 months and they don't want to replace it, they don't spend no money repairing anything they don't spend money on not... read more
