My main concern was with the time it took to respond to residents' needs. There were many instances where requests for assistance were not resolved as quickly as expected. In a care environment, timely responses are crucial for both safety and comfort. Communication with staff was generally polite, but it was not always possible to keep up with the urgency of the situation. Communication about care issues could have been more proactive. My family relies on Hampton Manor for attentive care, so it was very concerning when there was a noticeable delay in responding to medical needs. When residents rely on staff for timely assistance, especially in emergency situations, responsiveness is of utmost importance. The delay caused unnecessary stress for our family. We have raised concerns with management and hope improvements will be made so that no other residents have a similar experience. Management is extremely poor. Their words do not match their actions.
