Terribly very unprofessional. Would not recommend.
Staff is beyond helpful and sweet. Im an EMT in training and they let me come in to do the residence vital signs. Jennifer Johnson was super helpful and even offered to help with my med terms while I was there. Mindy fell and were super nice over the phone. Nancy pilbeam helped guide me through the facility. The facility is clean and they even have two friendly facility cats. The rooms are big and spacious, I would sleep well having my parents living here.
Truly a place where residents can thrive and families can feel at peace. Residents are treated with warmth, respect, and genuine care.
