Choosing a place for your loved one is the hardest thing you may have to ever do. You want them safe and happy. I’ve been in the medical field for over 30 years and I chose Hampton manor for my father who has dementia. He was scared, I was scared but the staff at the Manor have been nothing but kind and inviting. I sat back this weekend and watched the staff not only care for my dad but for other patients and I am amazed at the care and the empathy they showed. Hello, I am an ex employee. I recommend you DO NOT send your loved one to this facility unless you are trying to watch them die right in front of your eyes due to lack of care. They assign 1 worker to many (over the limit) clients - I personally worked multiple shifts where it was just me to the whole assisted living building (including med passing) which is inhumane and unlawful. I HIGHLY recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe and comfy home for your loved one. This is such an inviting place for all. Everyone from housekeeping, maintenance, nursing staff, reception up to upper management all have the best interests of your loved ones I love there is a memory care and assisted living all in the same community so if my loved ones health declines, we don’t have to move them further.
