HELLO Starting off I would like to say this is a nice looking facility. My mom lives here I come. To visit her everyday and she never has any complaints about living here although,, I did notice they have changed administration, my mom has been in this facility for 3 years so I'm very familiar with all the staff ,grew bonds with most of them I noticed a change in some of the staff since they have gotten new administration it's like they aren't as happy as they were .... so when they are not busy I like to talk to them to see... read more

Activity director Virginia is the most caring and helpful staff member. Always has the residents laughing and in great spirits. Kudos to Hampton manor Bedford for having such a special and valuable addition for the residents.
My mother in law lived her last few years of life at Hampton manor. I use the word LIVED because she was so active and happy due to the staff. Virginia the activities director went above and behind helping my mother in law feel so loved and happy! Virginia made sure she embraced every resident and they had so many wonderful activities! Thank you Virginia and team at Hampton Manor!
