I would never put my family member in this place it is the most unprofessional, unethical place to ever put your loved ones into, they have the staff member lie to the state and family member when approached, they have their staff members falsified legal documents and the management and head of the establishment lies to family members when asked about why their family members are hurt this place should be shut down.
Reggie is high on power here and she does not care about her employees except a select few. This place is always understaffed for a reason so unless this is the only job you can find I would look literally ANYWHERE ELSE for employment.
I’ve been working here for a few months and have never been so comfortable in a work environment! I love my coworkers and my residents, it’s like one big family ! Reggie is by far the best manager I’ve had in this line of work as well , very compassionate and very involved!
I enjoy working for Hampton and truly enjoy the residents and staff that I work with. It’s a truly beautiful building and home to many residents who love the beauty and great care they receive.
