When we first moved my mom here it was a fabulous facility. Since the owner has changed recently so has the attention to detail. Cleaning rating last year 5 stars, now maybe a 3. Roaches in her room, dirt under the furniture, food not acceptable. Last year the hallways cleaned regularly all day. Not seen anyone in the hallway mopping for around 2-3 months. I have entertained all over the country and had the WORST experience at this community! The show was booked and confirmed and when we arrived we were canceled and treated rudely but the Actvities Director and management! I would tell other entertainers not to consider this community! Sadly because it’s not the residents fault it’s the staff!! Very very bad!

If you want 5 stars, do not delete the comments because you do not want other people to read it, even in that place there is discrimination against patients who speak Spanish, they do not say it because it is not convenient for them and the secretary takes her time writing on the miserable pay. Beware of the wolf in sheeps clothing”

My mother lives here and this place is wonderful! I do not speak lightly, being a nurse practitioner and working in all levels of healthcare for 15 years. The staff are friendly, everything is clean, and the residents are well cared for and treated with individual dignity and kindness. My mother was at another facility for almost double the cost, but it was not nearly this good. Speaking for my entire family, we are truly grateful!!
