I want to express my disappointment with the way truck drivers are treated at this company. Many of the employees who deal with drivers are extremely rude and disrespectful. Truck drivers work hard and deserve to be treated with professionalism and basic respect while waiting to load or unload. I hope the owner or management takes these complaints seriously and improves the behavior of their employees toward drivers.
