Wheelchair accessible ramp not shovelled in winter....seems to me that a retirement residence with elderly people would likely need a wheelchair accessible pathway in winter. Definitely would not send my parent or loved one to this place where staff dont really care.
Many of the residents require significantly more care than they are receiving. Ambulances come several times a week. Addiction treatment services are sorely needed for several of the people living here. - a concerned neighbor
