Horrible customer services.I waited an hour for a bus to try to walk onto. A guy who had just arrived as a walk on jumped in front and took my spot, and I asked the Jitney checkin staff if they could talk to him to ask that I could have the spot and they said no and closed the door. One of the worst customer service I ever received, having managed a customer service unit for about ******* myself. The bus from Queens to Southampton scheduled for *****pm on 08/01 was yet to arrive as at *****pm. I couldnt track my bus on the site so I called the customer service and spoke to Raj.
