Ran out of breakfast 2 days in a row. Couldnt get extended checkout because they won’t hire enough people to clean. Hallways are freezing and unheated. Coffee was cold.
Terrible service, staff is rude beyond words. The worst experience. Manager is even more rude and does not care about customers. He did not want to be bothered on the phone as it was a weekend. Customers mean nothing to him. Keys to rooms often did not work. To get the room serviced you have to write your name down in the morning as this is kindergarten. Hotel itself was nice enough. Staff was inconsiderate, unhelpful, and somewhat rude. Worst experience I have had at a Hilton and I am a frequent travler.
