Wasn't busy. Was able to walk in and be help. But being disabled I would of preferred to handle it online but it's ridiculous how much they charge you on top of already high taxes in fees to use the online service. How can they expect us to pay this fee when we barely paying these taxes.
Shaneka Graves is personable and efficient at her job. She is willing to work with individuals to help people through their specific situations above and beyond expectation. Can't beat honest people in the right positions.
The people who serve here are very, very kind and friendly. Excellent service.
