This company filed document of incorporation without notifying me and went forward without my signature. They also filed taxes for our joint LLC which I am entitled to and NEED MY SIGNATURE FOR, WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE! Now I am considering legal action against this accouting firm. STAY AWAY!
