Really nice, free museum. Very friendly professional staff and the gift shop has some great books for local histories. It’s not huge but has so much value, so if you’re passing through the area you can spend as little or as much time as you want. Clean restrooms, too.
Great place the museum was excellent. There was a lot of good information. They really give you a history of the area and the native Americans that were here. The staff was really friendly and very knowledgeable. This is the fourth Arkansas State Park that I have gone to and I’ve been pretty impressed with the staff that they have at all of the state Arkansas parks so far.
