They used to be good until they hired the nastiest lady up front. DONT HAVE A TAX BUSINESS IF YOU CANNOT GET THE TAXES DONE!!! It is seriously never that complicated. I understand the sick season but no need to be a scathing snake when I call and ask if my taxes are almost done after a month. The business has absolutely gone down into the trenches. Please do not waste your time or money here. It’s a circus
Hampton Hills really helped my wife, and I get our business taxes and accounting corrected plus helped show my wife a lot of ways to do our accounting that she didn't know about that has made things a lot easier for us moving forward. There prices were very affordable compared to a lot of other places and despite being busy Phil took his time to be thorough and make sure my wife understood exactly what she needed to do. Can't say enough good things about this place.
My husband and I have been taking our taxes to Hampden for years. Every year it seems our tax preparation price has gone up. We thought it was for this or that, but we had a simple return this year. We like to drop off our taxes; while filling out the information on the iPad in the office, we were told, "Hey, I can have your taxes done now, so you don't have to come back." Okay, cool.
