RecommendedI've tried hypnosis in the past but it didn't work. I wasn't skeptical about doing it again but rather kept a very open mind this time. I did the Virtual Gastric Band sessions. After the first 2 weeks I literally cut my food portions in half, cut out about 90% of snacks and have been more active. So far this is helping me tremendously. I've lost almost 10lbs in just 2 weeks. I'm looking forward to listening to the audio tapes every night and continuing with my weight loss journey. I highly recommend this program!
The program I attended was not just hypnosis, it included discussions of nutrition and activity in ways that could fit into my life. The added benefit of hypnosis...stress relief! Love this place!
