The firm represented me in an accident case. The staff kept misplacing my documentation. The person that I had a problem with left the firm but I believe bad record keeping led to the attorney not having what he needed to get a higher payout. He was unaware of the entire scope and my current issues. I settled based on being told I would receive a dollar value after their portion which was incorrect.
