I received an EEOC Right to Sue letter and contacted Hammons, Hurst and Associates, in spite of all the negative reviews. I found the in-take person, Laurie Hammons, to be polite, kind and professional. The Firm still hasn't determined if they will represent me, however, take a chance and call Hammons, Hurst and Associates. Out of the 7 Employment Law Firms I contacted, this is the only Firm that made me feel heard and not like the Right to Sue Letter was a waste of paper and time.

Just called to inquire about being a possible client due to issues with an employer. The girl that answered the phone was extremely fast talking as if she wanted to hurry off the phone. I expressed what I was wanted to talk to the firm about, and was immediately told to go to their website. Once I stated “ok. That was a fast response” she hung up on me….

You call to see if you have a case or to see about a consultation. The secretary quickly tells you that you must use their intake form on their website then hangs up abruptly. You go to the form and their not taking any consult intake calls this month, you click on next month and not taking any there either. It seems like this company has so many cases they don't want anymore. It says a consult call is only 15 minutes. There's a whole mess of 15 minutes in a 8 hour day and in a 2 month span.
