The place is nice and clean, the staff is hard working and friendly. But last time I visited there was and old lady in a wheelchair together with other in similar situation, I say hello but she didn't respond, I understood that she was no longer in control of anything. Her bib was vomited after the group was offered an icy pole, in a very hot day, but maybe it was not a good idea to give her the icy pole because when I touched her hands they were so cold that I thought she was dead, my companions and I were leaving at that t... read more
My sister in law is now a resident for the past 4 months and we are so happy with the level of care Robyn has received. They have implemented programs to help her & has started to socialise with other residents; has put weight on & is a lot happier now
