I am writing to say thank you for the wonderful care provided to my Mum Helen , during the six years she lived with you with dementia. I felt very fortunate that Mum was safe and well cared for by the staff from the beginning . Mum had many carers during her time as she progressed through her dementia and her needs changed. Hammond Care North Turramurra have been fantastic in caring for my dad. They genuinely want him to live his best possible life. We are very grateful for their care of Dad.
We are very happy to have our Dad cared for at HammondCare North Turramurra. Our Dad has been there for 2 years now. He recently needed to move from medium care (Waldegrave House, which we loved) to higher care, for his advancing dementia and falls, in the Boronia section. The staff managed the move seamlessly and he is so beautifully cared for, we could not have hoped for better. Absolutely excellent care. Staff are wonderful and so caring. They are beyond what we could ever have imagined. They know our Dad and what makes him happy. He is so so spoilt to be there in an organisation that understands dementia so well. They know how to make him smile/ what songs he likes/ what he likes to watch on the TV. 10/10 - don’t know what we would have done without them. ❤️
