The staff at Jean Marion cottage are amazing they made mum fell very welcomed and comfortable at first she was a bit nervous to stay there but they made her feel very comfortable when I picked her up she said she would be very happy to stay there again It felt like a home away from home were her words Thank you for taking such good care of my mum
The level of care at the cottage has been second to none. The staff have been very kind, caring and patient. They make a point of engaging your familly member particularly if they are not used to respite and strive to make it a home away from home. The property is extremely neat and always spotless. I could not recommend it enough.
Sadly my husband is past the help available there. The kindness shown by the carers is what most of us want for our loved ones. Thank you to all who have cared for Jim in the past
My wholehearted thanks to Kate and her team at Jean Marion Cottage! I was looking for respite care for my father who has dementia and Kate led me through the process for him to be accommodated with so much kindness and patience. I was a complete newby as my mother was dad's carer before she died but everything was explained to me clearly and step by step.
