The best care I could ever hope for! Dad is always treated with dignity and respect. Our family can always relax when he is in respite, knowing that he is treated like family . Thank you to all of the hard working staff that genuinely care !
I am so happy with the care offered to my mother-in-law. The staff are so caring and support her to live a full and enjoyable life. The model of care pays careful attention to each persons interests and passions and they develop individual programs to help them pursue these. My Dad has recently moved in here. And the staff are amazing. They are patient and informative, they respect my Dads wishes and let me know if any issues occur. The rooms as spacious and my Dad feels comfortable here. He can go to the communal area when he wants even with mobility issues. The staff try and convince him to get out of bed. But respect if he doesn’t want to. He has his own tv and photos, window to look outside at the beautiful trees and birds.
