Extremely awful hiring system and a massive lack of communication. I applied for a job early April and attended an interview. A couple hours later, I got a call congratulating me and taking me onto the pre-employment checks. I went to the medical, did a police check, and even signed a stat dec. I wouldn't put my worst enemy in this place. Filthy from feaces, mould, food left on chairs, carpets and walls. Staff seem to try but many have no idea what they are doing and the good ones leave. Raising issues with management is mostly a waste of time as they are rude and reluctant to provide information.
Have been very happy with the care and the services provided to my elderly cousin who feels very at home and enjoys the company and care of the staff and other residents there.
