I was helped by Monica, things seemed good and she was helpful with getting a railing system ordered for me. But then I couldn't get her on the phone for confirmation on the order for several days. It came in later thanshe told me and when unwrapping the package and installing that weekend, I discovered it was damaged, and one whole section was bent. Disappointed but not surprised, this is classic legacy local Maine business behavior. Went in with my husband to begin the process of updating our kitchen counters from laminate to quartz. Made a purposeful choice of going to a local business rather than a big box store, but as usual, was let down.
