Disappointed but not surprised, this is classic legacy local Maine business behavior. Went in with my husband to begin the process of updating our kitchen counters from laminate to quartz. Made a purposeful choice of going to a local business rather than a big box store, but as usual, was let down. At our initial visit we spoke with a kitchen remodel staff who seemed barely qualified at best, and, while he was nice enough, he was incapable of explaining the countertop replacement process to us in a clear way.
