Do not trust them. You will be set up for failure. They tried to terminate my housing assistance because my landlord lied on me. They knew they didn’t have real evidence against me but by me being young and this was my first time going through something like this I ended up allowing them to scare me out of my lease. They told me if i agreed to vacate I can keep my voucher not fully understanding that I agreed to voluntarily vacate and that I could of kept my voucher and my lease. The woman that’s answers the phone has an attitude! I called to ask to one question and she was acting as if I was bothering her. The nerve of me to bother her at her place of employment. Someone needs to work on their customer service skills.
