My mom moved to the Hammond Center a few months ago. She was hesitant and a little nervous about this move. My mother-in law recently moved to the Hammond Center and the transition from her apartment to this new living arrangement was seamless. The tour and the pre-admission assessment done by Sammi, RN Manager were done in a respectful and professional manner, and she directs the interview to the resident. My mom recently moved into the Hammond Center after living on Seeland Park Campus for 14 years. The staff have been amazing even during the tour. My mom loves all the activities and since she has moved in she hasn’t needed to go out in the cold weather. We are very grateful for the staff and the care she is receiving.
