Eunice from customer service was awesome and arranged tricky time frame for a regional delivery. Buffet arrived in mint condition by Harry from TC’s transport. We engaged Harry to take up stairs and he helped take out of package and positioned buffet in place!

We purchased a wall clock 6 months ago and were kept waiting with delivery forecasts which slipped every single time. It seems the company is suffering from an internal issue, not being able to deliver a simple product for 6 months and more importantly not being able to provide a reliable product availability forecast.
