5 stars for the lovely girls working in the store both days I shopped there. Lovely selection of products. They do not however accept returns or exchanges on bedding, including Duvet Covers. They have only a small sign taped to their counter, (which of course was exactly where I sat my purse) and the staff did not advise me when I purchased the duvet cover, there was no sign in the bedding sections of the store, nor was final sale stated on the receipt. Beautiful store, but far too pricey! When you shop around you can find the same pieces at lower cost.
I have had absolutely terrible experiences with customer service at this store. Not customer friendly at all.
