Amena was a pleasure to deal with and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the entire process smooth and easy to understand.
I concur with a couple other reviews… the conveyancer was extremely slow to respond, sometimes necessitating two or three days worth of contact to get a response. We were disadvantaged during the purchase of the property, incurring significant costs with building issues where we may have been better protected with a more responsive and knowledgeable conveyancer. Overall I don‘t feel like our best interests were kept in mind. I would return for Ben‘s exceptional knowledge, or the firms… perhaps with another conveyancer
