I learned so much about what my mom needed. Positioning the hearing aid; cleaning and replacing the filter; setting up appointment with an ENT. I’m so grateful to have the tools needed to help her.
For a 91 year old hard oh hearing man he was treated so professionally. He understood all the instructions given him. He was shown what his hearing loss was and hearing aids explained and fitted with what will work best for him.
I don't think you could find any better service than here. Tricia is very knowledgeable and very accommodating. Very pleasant experience!!
