In an age where actually speaking to a person is almost nonexistent upon a first call, Attorney Hammer actually called me personally to assist in addressing my case. She then proceeded to thoroughly explain all the nuances and ramifications of my case, while expressing a great deal of empathy throughout our communication. Her consultation provided all the relevant information for me to proceed with my case. I was extremely thankful and would recommmed her highly for her thoroughness and knowledge.
Holly is a clear communicator, and we appreciated this. We did find her to be a bit expensive. We were also charged for some things that seemed a bit overkill, like preparing for an hour for a phone call that lasted us about 30 minutes, in total charging us for an hour and a half of services for that phone call. All in all, we did end up having to hire another attorney to help resolve our issue.
