This bank is amazing, I have been banking with them for years. When other banks turn you down Hamlin bank can find a way to help you out. I have a bankruptcy on my record 6 months old and approved for a mortgage loan and I also have an auto loan with them 510 Fico. Thanks Hamlin Bank.
If you're looking for a mortgage, Hamlin is a little less strict with their requirements. We got a mortgage through them a short time ago, and we don't have perfect credit and have very little actual credit history. Other banks in the area refused us for a loan because we didn't have enough recent credit history. (No credit cards, car loans, etc) We decided to take a chance with Hamlin, since many of our friends and family members recommended them. However, the "customer service" was absolutely deplorable.
