Wonderful store with a wide collection of great western wear that you won't find elsewhere. Rochelle was so kind she loved my pastel fedora so much that she put 3 feathers in it for me, just because! So kind of her! Can't beat customer service!
Great western store. A little on the expensive side, but superior quality
They have a very large selection of good quality products. Prices are on the higher side but quality costs money.
Purchased an 100X American Hat from Hamleys on May 20, issues with the hat and their so called hatter offers sticky tape and can’t do nothing else. Manager did apologize but $1000. Hat that we can wait for in the mail? Brother bought a hat the same day and the hatter couldn’t even shape it either, she had multiple pictures and ultimately he took the hat home and steamed it himself. Crap service
