Fantastic RMT; knowledgeable, adaptable, and easy to understand. He also clearly communicates expectations and changes as needed. Will definitely continue to see him as long as he’s available! :)
If you have a chronic, nagging soft tissue issue look no further than Hamish. I’ve recommended him to several friends and the consensus is he will find all those knots and trigger points. It’s the maintenance sessions that are key. If you are serious about looking after your health and fitness then adding massage therapy is key. Hamish offers early morning bookings. Bonus!!!
I would definitely recommend Hamish for anyone looking for a reliable RMT. He is great at working with you to meet your goals, and gives you helpful homework stretches and exercises to work on problem areas in-between appointments. 5 stars!
Hamish has been helping me with my old age aches and pains for about 2 years now. He is great at what he does, professional, courteous and personable. He has never been late or cancelled unexpectedly which is something that I value. The booking system is clean and easy which makes the entire experience a relaxing and enjoyable one. I got referred to see Hamish. Walked into his office and was greeted by the front desk. Hamish came out to greet me and followed him to a room. Small chat to get to know what I was having issues with, then he started working on my muscles. He seemed to know every spot that led to the next spot that needed attention.
