I was referred to Hamish Gabriel by someone who is very particular about their health care providers, so I arrived with high expectations - and I was not disappointed. Hamish is very knowledgeable, personable, and an excellent massage therapist. He has made a noticeable difference in managing the osteoarthritis in my neck, and I always leave his office feeling energetic and renewed. (He also gave me some very helpful exercises for my neck.) I had an excellent experience with Hamish at Sardis Massage Therapy. He is highly skilled, professional, and cares about his clients’ well-being. His deep understanding of the body and ability to target problem areas made a huge difference for me. I left feeling significantly better, with improved mobility and less pain. He also takes the time to explain things clearly, which I really appreciate. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable and effective massage therapist, I highly recommend Hamish.

If you have a chronic, nagging soft tissue issue look no further than Hamish. I’ve recommended him to several friends and the consensus is he will find all those knots and trigger points. It’s the maintenance sessions that are key. If you are serious about looking after your health and fitness then adding massage therapy is key. Hamish offers early morning bookings. Bonus!!!
I would definitely recommend Hamish for anyone looking for a reliable RMT. He is great at working with you to meet your goals, and gives you helpful homework stretches and exercises to work on problem areas in-between appointments. 5 stars!
